At Salt + Core, our goal is to create the best possible experience for every client. Our cancellation and waitlist policies help ensure fair access to classes, keep waitlists moving, and allow as many members of our community as possible to enjoy our studio.

Cancellation & Waitlist Policy
Class Packs & Drop-In Classes
Cancel more than 12 hours before class
Your class credit will automatically be returned to your account for future use.
Cancel within 12 hours of class
Your class credit will be forfeited.
A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged.
No-Show
Your class credit will be forfeited.
A $25 no-show fee will be charged.
Unlimited Memberships
Cancel more than 12 hours before class
No fee will be charged.
Cancel within 3 hours of class
A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged.
No-Show
A $25 no-show fee will be charged.
Waitlist Policy
Our waitlists move frequently, and it's common for spots to become available before class.
To ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to attend, please keep the following in mind:
Classes beginning before 8:30 AM: Waitlists close 11 hours before the scheduled class time.
Classes beginning at 8:30 AM or later: Waitlists close 60 minutes before class begins.
You may be automatically added to class at any time before the waitlist closes.
If you're waitlisted for an early morning class, we recommend checking your booking status when you wake up, as a spot may have become available overnight.
Once you've been added to a class, the cancellation policy above applies.
If your plans change and you're no longer able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist before you're enrolled.
