Who we are

Salt + Core is rooted in strength, intention, and vibe. Our space is designed to feel elevated yet welcoming - effortlessly luxe.

We believe movement should challenge you without overwhelming you. Each class, thoughtfully built to help you connect deeper to your body, strengthen from the inside out, and push boundaries at your own pace.

Here - strength is quiet, support is loud, and it’s all where the magic happens.

Stacie Holmes Hay

Stacie is an NCPT/PMA®‑Certified, Balanced Body comprehensively trained contemporary Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience helping clients move, feel, and live better. Specializing in women’s health, chronic pain, pre/postnatal recovery, and injury rehabilitation, she blends science‑based movement with an intuitive, empowering approach that meets each client exactly where they are.

As a Balanced Body Master Instructor for Anatomy of Movement, she translates complex biomechanics into accessible, transformative sessions that are both intelligent and genuinely enjoyable. Her teaching reflects years of experience, deep curiosity, and a commitment to helping people understand their bodies in a way that feels clear, supportive, and sustainable.

Salt + Core is the dream more than a decade in the making — a space to reconnect, recharge, and belong. Rooted in community and elevated by holistic practices like Reiki, yin yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, her work bridges strength and softness to support long‑term wellness and nervous system balance.

Helping others feel at home in their bodies — and in this space.

Tyler Grace Higgins

Tyler has always been happiest in motion, but Pilates taught her that the real magic isn’t just in doing — it’s in moving with intention. It helped her slow down, reconnect, and build strength that feels grounded, mindful, and deeply supportive.

Through her Balanced Body Mat and Reformer training, Tyler has become passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel intuitive, sustainable, and empowering. Living with Ehlers‑Danlos has shaped her understanding of supportive, intentional movement, and she brings that awareness into every class. Her teaching blends functional strength, mindful sequencing, and a warm, encouraging presence — with just enough play to remind you that movement can feel good, not just good for you.

Connection is at the heart of Tyler’s approach: connection to yourself, to the people around you, and to the community she’s helping build. Her mission is to create a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated.

Tyler leads much of the business and operational side of Salt + Core, shaping the studio’s systems, environment, and experience with the same intention she brings to her classes. Salt + Core is truly a dream come true for her — a space built from purpose, care, and the belief that movement can change lives. She’s honored to help grow a community that feels like home.
